Streaming from iPhone Plex App to Play:5 Gen 2 problems

While streaming music from Plex App on iPhone (source on Synology NAS Plex Server Version 1.16.1.1291), Play:5 no longer showing up in Sonos iOS or macOS. Closing Plex app on iPhone and restarting the music is showing to be playing nor does ir show up when attempting to cast another song to the Play 5.

The speaker is missing in SONOS app (iPhone/mac) MEANWHILE selected music is still playing.

Plex server Dashboard shows nothing is currently playing! Music is imported into Plex Server.

The Sonos Music Library is the music folder which is also located on the NAS.

I have no control of music, volume or speaker, I know the simple solution is restarting the speaker but that does not negate the error - why don't these great errors show up for me during the beta!
