Storytel error with long books

When playing a long book, suddenly Sonos is playing from an earlier part of the book while the time is correct.

Example: time stamp is 25hours into the book. But Sonos playing from the first hour of the book.

When playing the book in storytel it is ok.

For me it’s happened with book over 25 hours.

Edit: I know there is another post about this, but that post is marked answered without any solution or answer.

Thanks for following up, Pengt. The diagnostic shows some improvement with the interference. At this point, it may be best to give our support technicians a call to troubleshoot this in real time. They will be able to get a look at what is happening in real time and can get this sorted.

Tried again with the book. Still playing from earlier in the book.

Thanks for the diagnostic. There is a high level of interference across the system. Could you please try changing the Sonosnet channel and report back with further diagnostics, after having conducted further testing? Many thanks.
Changed sonosnet-Channel. Same thing happens when playing the book.

Doesn’t seem like a connectivity issue. More like a glitch/bug between Sonos and Storytel. Playing from wrong place, but showing the correct time.
