Stopped loading all songs

Problem uploading from iTunes. Especially on pre-order albums that release songs at different times I am finding that Sonos isn't uploading all the songs. I can't figure out why.

Sonos doesn't up-load anything. Sonos creates an index of songs that are available to play and the following needs to be true:-

1) Sonos needs access to those files
2) The files need to be in a format that it can play (Sonos has a page with valid file types)
3) Files need to be free of DRM protection
4) Files need to be physically residing on the shared location you are indexing

Presumably pre-ordered files are only available in the cloud? Sonos won't play these if the files are not physically located on your drive
