Please help me sort this out. People writing all sorts of things about the same problem and changing DNS settings but I don't speak computer. I just want to use the stupid speaker some one bought me that doesn't have an aux or Bluetooth connection

There's an issue with the Spotify service on Sonos right now that we're working on. A few other services are having trouble based on the same reason. Feel free to follow this thread for updates. We'll update that thread when it's been resolved.
You won't need to do anything at the moment to get it fixed, we're on it from our end of things. Sorry for the trouble and welcome to the community.
