Question

Spotify not working on Sonos


Neither my Play 3 or Playbar are working properly when playing from Spotify, it has been ongoing for several months. It's only a problem with Spotify, if I play from non Spotify source there are no issues. I have submitted Diagnostic 7199597. If it's relevant I have a Netgear D6300 router.

Hi mfoley72,

Please check for updates on your Sonos system. There should be a new update available which will install a patch that should help with Spotify.
