spotify not working

ive had a bunch of sonos gear 4 play5, connect amp, play 1 for quite a while but recently, in the past month or so my spotify has stopped working , however pandora keeps working ok

Hi larry r,

There's wireless interference showing up in your diagnostic report. This is leading to communication errors across your Sonos network. Please try changing the wierless channel your Sonos system is using.

It may also help to move any third party wireless devices away from your Sonos units.
