Spotify intermittently disconnects and does not play music on Sonos


I have Sonos Play 5 and subscribe to Spotify premium. Spotify randomly disconnects and does not play music on Sonos.

Hey TK,

Could you please try this workaround:
https://ask.sonos.com/sonos/topics/spotify_login_information_not_valid

Then try again to plat music, if you still experience the same issue please Submit a Diagnostic and send me back the number via this tread?
