Spotify connection lost in one room but not the other

Spotify will not connect to my living room setup but plays fine in the bedroom. Strangely enough, I've just discovered it WILL play in the living room if the two rooms are grouped together but not otherwise.

I have submitted a diagnostic - 7091392

Any help gratefully received.

Hi James, sorry for the delay. I just took a look at your diagnostic and your players are getting a lot of wireless interference from the environment. Most likely, it's because your router and your Sonos players are using the same wireless channel. It looks like Sonos is on channel 6 at the moment, so I'd recommend changing the wireless channel on your system to channel 11.

If you're still having trouble, the next step is to reboot your router followed by your Sonos devices. Let us know how it goes.
