spotify and radio skip songs 100% of the time

This problem has been getting worse and worse, and now I simply can’t use my sonos system apart from the tv which is hardwired.

Some aspect of your network environment has degraded. Have you changed or moved anything? How is your SONOS system connected to the TV?

I suggest that you submit a diagnostic and work with SONOS support. The diagnostic will give more specific information about the issue.
I unplugged all sonos speakers, unplugged internet devices for a long time. Still experiencing drop outs more than music. Sam thing with Spotify.

We have NBN
Likely, there is wireless interference. The diagnostics will indicate this. Make sure that WiFi is using channel 1, 6, or 11, do not use "Auto", and use a different channel for SONOS.
