Spectrum/TWC issues - CISCO HDC9865 - Blocked Remote - Sound Bar issue

I've had my Sonos playbar set up for about 9 months and worked fine with TWC/Spectrum until 48 hours ago. I have replaced the remote and the box. The tech said there is interference blocking the TWC remote. When I unplug Sonos, no issues. This literally became a problem overnight. Known issue or work around?
