Speakers won't stay in group

I have a sonos one, beam, port, and move.  Created one group, called it “all” and initially everything worked beautifully.  But recently, it almost never works that all play.  I can get two to play together and then turn off others and then the other two may play together.  Really frustrated.  Help!

If running all on your 2.4Ghz WiFi, then perhaps try a different router WiFi channel. I suggest trying a ‘fixed’ non-overlapping channel 1, 6 or 11 (see which channel works best for you). If your router allows, also set the channel-width to 20 MHz only.

If using the internal SonosNet connection, then ensure it’s channel is set at least 5 channels away from your chosen router channel mentioned above.

When grouping, try setting up the group beginning with your Beam as the group controller.

Hope that assists you to resolve your grouping issues.
