Hello,

I have a 1, 3, and 5, that are grouped together, and they are setup throughout the house. They start off fine, however as the music progresses along, they become out of sync and there is an echo throughout the house.

Music Source: Amazon Music or Personal Music
Rooms playing: Family Room (3), Kitchen (1), Parlor Room (5)
Diagnostics #1127927170
Wireless Setup: Velop Mesh, 4 nodes

This report was for Amazon Music.

rhett7660,

Likely to be caused by your velop mesh Hubs... switch all velop Hubs to use a single fixed 2.4ghz WiFi channel, channel 6 as an example. Then cable one Sonos device to your main velop Hub.

Set the SonosNet channel in Advanced Settings of the Sonos App to a channel that is at least 5 channels away from your now 'fixed' velop WiFi channel. So in the example given, you could set SonosNet to say either Channel 1 or 11.

Then goto the Sonos App “Advanced Settings/Wireless Setup' and reset/remove your WiFi credentials.

For extra stability, also add your Sonos IP addresses to your network DHCP Reservation Table.

That should hopefully resolve your issues.
