Speakers disconnect from my network

I have speakers that randomly disappear from my network and show up as a ? in the app, then randomly reappear again. This has only started happening in the last week. This is very frustrating as I have a lot of speakers and should just work like it used to.

Try a network refresh, by unplugging all Sonos devices from power. Then reboot your router. When the router comes back up, plug the Sonos devices back in to power. 

i have already done that once, but ill try again.
