Speaker not playing

It shows music is playing on the Sonos app, and the volume & play/pause buttons work on the speaker, there is just no sound coming through.

What's the audio source? Is it a streaming service, TV or line in source? When you say that you see music playing on the app, are you looking at the room tab, see that you have volume and the song progression bar kind of scenario?
