After upgrade to S2 radio statitions are lacking and regularly stops.  One Sonos 3 speaker in a stereo set up also disappears. Later it normally comes back by itself.

Have reset router and speakers with no luck.

Are you running your Sonos setup on your routers WiFi, or a SonosNet signal (with at least one device wired to your router)?

What channels are in use here and is your router auto-selecting it’s channels, or are the channels fixed?

Hi @Westeee

Thanks for your post.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Hi Ken.
I run it on Sonos and tried to change channel (1,6 and 12) but it didnt change anything. The S2 app seems to have problems connecting and keep loosing contact with the system. The S1 app had no problems(!?)

Have powerfull internet (600mbit), Google MESH routers and iPhone XRS so shouldnt be anything there...
