Soundbar problems

My soundbar has worked perfectly for the 2 months of my ownership. However last nigth out of nothing it stopped working.
White light is blinking.
I have tried to reset to factory settings - starting the soundbar with the play/pause button pressed while connecting power.
Nothing helps - it just keeps blinking and does not respond.
The soundbar is no longer visible in the network with my Play:1 and Play:3.

Could anyone help me?

Hi clm9000, it's sounding like the best thing to do here is to give us a call on our support line. If the unit won't power up properly it may have gone down and we can help with the next steps over the phone.
