Soundbar connection problems

Hi,

Does anyone have a suggestion for the following situation;

- Older soundbar that hasn’t been used for a couple of years, and now won’t connect to new setup. Stopped working after moving house and changing router.

- already tried hard reset, afterwhich light flashes green (with mute button)

- when trying to add to system it produces the chime sound, but the system does not find it. Have tried both WiFi and cable directly into router, and only on WiFi does the Sonos app find the product (with serial number)

Any ideas?

Contact Sonos. The firmware may be so far out of date that they need to manually push an update.
