I have a 3-4 year old soundbar and it has done this 3-4 times before but now nothing works. The problem is that it shows a steady white light but does not appear in app and no sound even coming through the optical link. Before I was able to get it running by factory reset but after several tries, now nothing works. Pull the power plug probably 30 times, tried waiting 30sek and upto 2 hours. Back in power and white light comes straight on, does not work to press for factory reset nor press mute+volume like when installing. Light never changes. Its like its completely frozen. Link lights on RJ45 input do not blink, just steady green and orange light. Any ideas??
