Buonasera ho acquistato da poco sistema sonos composto da sonos arc e 2 one sl la soundbar alcune volte emette un fruscio costante quando guardiamo la tv(è collegata tramite presa hdmi arc) da cosa può dipendere da un malfunzionamento della soundbar o una configurazione errata?

Apologies for the delay. A constant rustling sound doesn’t sound normal. It could be caused by a loose connection or a bad cable - double check the connection at both ends of the HDMI cable and try a different cable if there’s no difference. If none of that helps, please get in touch with our Italian customer care team.
