Sound not in sync between Sonos Zones

I have a Play:5 in 1 zone and a Playbar+2xPlay:1 in the other zone. but both zones are in the same room. (9 m distance) The reason for operate zones is because the playbar with Play:1's are connected to TV. Both connected to the same Wifi network.
When I play music trough Spotify, radio trough Tune-in or play Spotify through the Sonos app, there is a lag in the sound. This is very annoying because it is like an echo. the only way to workaround this, is to set the volume of the speaker closest to you a bit harder, but you can imagine what happens if you walk to the other side of the room.

Are zones share the same stream, or does each zone start their own stream from the internet?

Anyone else experiencing this or been able to fix this.

Presumably you grouped the two rooms (zones) together. In that case they'd be in sync for music (though not for TV) at their own outputs.

However if the two zones are 9m apart then when sitting next to one you'll hear sound from the other approximately 30ms later. This could well be perceptible as an echo. Sound takes about 1 millisecond to travel 1 foot (0.3m).

You could start playing your music and once you hear the out of sync issue submit a diagnostic for Sonos to look at. Just post the number in this topic and ask them to look at it.
