Play bar is getting progressively worse w the cut outs of 1-2 seconds and a buzzing that lasts the same duration. Super frustrated w all of this! Diagnostic 7084014.

Hi clockers, I took a look at your other thread too, and I think it'd be best at this point to give us a call on our support line and work with a technician live.

If you have a PLAYBAR with a buzz sound it might be a hardware issue on that unit. If that's the case, a replacement would be best. But a technician on the phone can help you sort that out.

For the KS TV, Samsungs have been known to have some Dolby handling issues which get better generally with firmware updates, but a lot of factors can go into audio cutouts like this, so part of the cause could be issues with the TV, or the source of the audio, or a number of other things. The diagnostic is showing a lot of trouble on the Dolby stream where it's not coming in quick enough or losing packets, so likely it's at the source level, but we'll want to take a closer look.
