Sons Play 5 quit

My Play5 Gen2 has been working for awhile and then today I noticed it quit...not visible on my Sonos app, can not get it to reconnect ?? Help. I have 2 Play 5s, the one in living room works fine, the one in the bedroom is the one that stopped, and like I said does not show up in the ROOMS on Sonos app ??

What color does the status light show? Did you unplug it a few moments and plug it back in to see if it returns to the app?
Thanks for help. I was able to speak with a support tech and he helped me -- wireless card needs replaced.
