Sonos won't play

My old computer died and I installed the latest Sonos software on my new computer. Everything looks fine when I go into the Sonos app on my PC and I'm able to view my playlist in the queue; however, it won't play. It tells me that it is unable to connect. At first I cleared the queue thinking that would do it, but it still didn't work. Next, I rebooted my modem, router, and Sonos system but it still doesn't work. I wonder if my old computer is still considered the Sonos controller which is why it won't recognize my new computer as the controller??? Please Help!

Sonos is looking for your library on your old computer. You have to remove the old library and install the new one. See these links:
