Sonos won't play

Hi,
I finally got my Sonos, Play 5. It was working well but I just got home and tried to play it. I keep pushing the play button and nothing happens... I'm connected to my Wi-Fi, so that's not the problem. Any ideas?

Probably an IP address conflict

Turn the power off to your router ALL your Sonos gear AND everything connected to the network (PC, Phone, Tablets - Do NOT cheat!)
Then turn router on, wait for it to connect to internet. Then turn on Bridge or Boost if you have them and wait, then switch on each Sonos unit in turn. Then you can switch on the rest of your network devices.

This should clear your problem
