Sonos with Tidal keeps losing connection, then jumping

Tidal keeps losing connection, then jumping to the next song midway through a song. We get the error message “Unable to play [Track], the connection was lost.” Tidal works fine on all other devices - please help. We love Sonos and have never had a problem with our many devices, have been happy for 12+ years! BTW: I’m streaming on Wifi at the highest streaming setting on Tidal, in case that’s relevant. I submitted a diagnostic report, ref: 1787658581

Hi, Domson. There was an issue with Tidal over the last few days. If this is still an issue for you, not to worry, we can certainly get to the bottom of this for you.
