Sonos was unable to add the music file. Reason: Computer XXXXXX refused to let Sonos connect to it.

Network is set to Home/Private. File sharing is on. Firewall is off. Still will not let me add our Music Folder or anything from iTunes. Diagnostic #8120621. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
