Sonos volume levels lowering incrementally without human input
I have Play5 and two Play1s. I generally play the volume at 1/4- to 2/5-level strength. Today, the volume levels have been lowering themselves to approx 1/16 level. I have unplugged the speakers for an hour, restarted, and the problem persists. I have just submitted a diagnostic number 6974762. Thank you for your help.

Hi Michael,
There are communication errors between your speakers which could be causing a lag in controls. Please try changing the wireless channel your Sonos system is using and see if that helps.
