Since we updated our router, we have not been able to update sonos on our desktop PC. I've tried all of the things listed in many of the other posts, but nothing seems to help. I have sent a diagnostic report since I've already tried everything you're going to tell me to try. The code is 1933331611.

If you get a new router, you can no longer since v9.3, set up sonos with a PC or mac.
You now have to use an android or iOS device.
