Sonos Connect with wired ethernet connection keeps becoming unresponsive: Sonos App cannot find Connect and Network Link light on switch where Connect is plugged into is no longer illuminated. Upon Connect power cycle, Connect becomes responsive again but only for about 5min.

Sonos Wifi Channel 11 (although Connect is wired to network)
Network Switch tested and all ports functioning properly
Network Cable tested without issue

Please help as this issue makes Sonos Connect useless, manufacturer's warranty is expired. Thank you.
