Sonos unable to add songs to Queue - Spotify and Google

I've been unable to add any songs or access any playlists from Spotify or Google today, but can access and play from my device...

Any ideas?

Hi Mrlazy61,

Usually when you can't add songs to the queue it's due to network latency or wireless interference. Please try changing the wireless channel your Sonos system is using.

If that doesn't help, or if it isn't an option, pleases submit a diagnostic report and reply with the confirmation number.
