Sonos system only plays 3 out 4 speakers after net outage

Morning,

So…..about a week ago my internet died, had to restart my udm pro a few times to get things working again. Whole network is Ubiquity.  Since then the sonos speakers that have been working for years started playing up. Oddly 3 of them work (wirelessly) but then the wired one of the system which you’d expect to work refuses to play at all, unless it’s grouped to the others. Anyone had this before?

Try this first. Ungroup the speakers. Unplug all your speakers then plug the wired speaker in first and let it cone back and then the others 1x1. Plugging the wired speaker in first establishes the SonosNet for the others to join.

In Settings/System/About, what are the WM values for each speaker?

they say vm0 even for the one thats wired

@AjTrek1 i’ll give this a go tomorrow

Sadly none of this worked, contacted support and they were struggling too. Ended up resetting the entire system. A pain but it now works……..until it doesn't!
