Sonos system losing internet connection on wired connection

A customer has a Sonos system which is connected through a network cable to the switch which is then connected with fiber to the firewall. The SOnos is losing its connection with the error: Cannot play. Speed of networkconnection is not sufficient to maintain buffer.

Firewall is a watchguard. Sonos has full access to the internet so no web filtering or what so ever.

Anyone an idea?

Possibly a local IP conflict. It can produce that error message due to packet loss. That's assuming that there isn't simply a bad cable somewhere.

Does the Watchguard firewall have any (QOS Quality of Service) controls set? That could lead to throttling of the streaming connection.
