Our Sonos cannot be seen from desktop or any of our IOS or Android handheld devices. This occurred a few hours after we hooked up a One to the system. System consists of two playbars, two subs, four Play 1s and a Play 3. Desktop is a Dell running windows 10. I have unplugged a speaker, rebooted the wifi, and went so far as uninstall and reinstall the controller app. Why would this happen so soon after connecting a 'One'? How do we get the system back on line?
