Sonos System controlled from 2 iPhones

Ok, I give our previous house our Sonos system was controlled by both my iPhone and my husbands. When we moved, we took it with us, bought another player and added it to create a new "zone" in our new house. So we have 1 zone being the dining room and the 2nd in the den. Ever since we moved we can only have 1 iPhone on the system. Even if we try to set up another Sonos either using the same user ID and password for each, or creating a separate User ID and Password for each of us gets kicked off. What are we doing wrong?
