Sonos Sub Woofer Just Stopped Working

Owned the Sonos Sub Woofer for three weeks before it stopped working.  Tried a Reset Troubleshoot found in Sonos Community and was able to “Add” the sub back on with my Arc and Surround Speaker but it still does NOT work.  Shows as added to the Room but no sound.  The Arc and Surround Speakers are hard wired, the sub is on wifi.  

Any suggestions?

Unplug your speakers from power for a couple of minutes. Keep the Arc wired but disconnect the surround speakers from the router. Also be sure Wifi is enabled for the Arc in the Sonos app. Reboot your router and plug your speakers back into power but don’t wire the surrounds and Sub to the router.
