Sonos Sub and 3rd-party Sub issue since S2

First excuse me my bad english.

I own a nearly new Sunseeker 76 (2019) yacht with full equiped sonos soundsystem.

In the saloon area and master bedroom i have the sonos surround with bar and sonos Sub.Since S2 i can t adjust the sound of the Sub. On the app it shows “?”

Exept In the master bed room i still have all adjustments like before.(S1)

3 other areas with 3rd party subs and amplifiers, sublevel adjustment disappeared since S2.

All Subs are slightly playing with thge speakers.

Can you help me to solve the problem?

Hey @Vogue, welcome to the community.

 

It sounds like there are some connection issues going on between your players and the Sub. Sometimes all it takes is a simple reboot of the Sub to get it to play with your setup again. It sounds like there could be quite the complex network setup on a yacht so I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer care team if a reboot doesn’t sort the issue.
