Sonos plays one Spotify song and then refuses to connect

Sonos will not play continuous Spotify songs from a paid account. Will sometimes play one song at best, otherwise nothing. Error message states "the connection to Spotify is lost". Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi there,

There's wireless interference showing up causing communication errors for your Sonos units. Try changing your router's extended network to wireless channel 6 or 1. This should reduce interference from nearby networks and should also help with playback.
Tried both channels as suggested with no improvement. Have submitted another diagnostic 7380640.
