Sonos Playbar flashing green

Hi, my sonos playbar has a flashing green light and somehow is now not on my system in the room. Have tried to add again but it is not being picked up by the wifi. I have no sound??? The sub, play 3 and play 1 are all good.

Have you read the LED states FAQ?

Have you tried connecting the PLAYBAR with an ethernet cable to your router?

While it’s connected, have you checked to be sure that the wifi wasn’t switched off on it by some odd happenstance? 

Also, while it’s connected via that ethernet cable, you may want to submit a system diagnostic , and call Sonos Support to discuss it. In fact, if it doesn’t show up when you run an ethernet cable to it, you may want to call them anyway. 

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
