sonos playbar becomes silent

Hi I have noticed for the past week my Sonos playbar keeps going silent while the music counter is still moving . How can I fix this ASAP. 
sonos playbar.

sub.

2 x play1 for surround.

connected to Sony Bravia trough optical.

all speakers are connected to lan into my netgear 24 port switch .

Generate a Diagnostic and then call Sonos, I suggest.

Whilst we can make suggestions (check for no wifi interference, reboot your router and speakers, assign fixed IP addresses for your devices, all  of which you may want to try), you may be best off by submitting a diagnostic when it next happens, and then contact your local Sonos support team (contact details will be on the website). This is a User community rather than Sonos itself.

Thanks nik9669a I have done all those steps and I am on lan with 1gb network no drop in my internet and services as I am using UniFi and there is a system monitor . It’s purely from the playbar it self it only started after I took it off the wall for the tv installation and hooked it back .
