Sonos play gen 1 connection problem

I have a play 5 gen 1.

I am having problems connecting. I set up the system ok. Play music via spotify for 5 mins. Then I get message saying connection lost. The app then says "system not found".

I've tried rebooting the play 5. Router. Reinstalled the app. Connect directly to router via eathernet cable. No joy. Any suggestions.
