Sonos play disconnecting

I work in a dental office which is trialing sonos. The problem we are finding is when a card payment is taken in the office by a patient the sonos disconnects from the Internet. BT have sent a new router but the problem is still occurring. Can anyone shed some light on what to do to rectify this issue? Thanks
