Sonos play 1 cannot connect to my network

Recently brought a play 1 and I cannot connect to my network. Tried wireless and cable and still cannot connect it. I have created a diagnostics report. 1938502376 Thanks

Hi there, John Frisby. Welcome to the community. Are you using a WiFi extender or multiple routers? As a test, can you try unplugging this/them? The diagnostics came up blank which is often caused by interference or extenders, too. If you aren't try unplugging your router for 10 seconds. It may be an IP conflict.
