My Sonos one keeps dropping the connections, i’ve tried to resetting it, without any luck.

I made a diagnosis 56212674

please advice,

Probably nobody here to look at that this weekend and it may be missed Monday.

I’d recommend contacting Sonos support directly and getting it looked at. 24x7 options are on the contact page.
