SONOS One Drop Outs and Skips With Report#

This issue seems to have started recently and been getting worse. Was getting drop outs and skips when listening to Spotify and Pandora. At first thought it was the service I was using but is happening on all. Was mostly listening on 2 speakers, which I thought was the issue as well. Started listening on just my SONOS One and had the drop outs and skips, switched to my SONOS: Play 1 and no issues. Did a factory reset on the One, and also tried a different wifi network in my home. Hi, jlomaga. Thanks for the diagnostics. They showed a lot of WiFi interference. This is often the cause of audio playback issues. If those links don't help, not to worry, we can certainly get to the bottom of this for you.
