Sonos One and Playbar keeps dropping out


Please help.

Hi CX15,

Welcome to the community, and thanks for sending in the report. I see some errors indicating that the streaming audio isn't getting to the players fast enough. This is probably caused by wireless interference from a nearby network that is running on the same wireless channel as your own. Try changing your router's wireless channel over to channel 1 and see if that helps.
OK, switched to channel 1 and now the Play1 is doing OK, but the Playbar keeps cutting out.

Thanks for the new report. Is there an HP device near your Beam? I see a nearby network on channel 1, which isn't showing up in your Play:1's data. Try moving that device away, or change its channel and test things out again.
