Sonos One Alexa unresponsive

Previously Alexa worked fine. Reloaded app, verified device is showing on app, unplugged and reconnected, restarted wifi, nothing works. Help please

Lets get the silly question out of the way first: Is the small round white light still showing on the top of the speaker? If not you've turned the mic off accidently! (Just toggle back on by touching the mic symbol.)

If the light is on, then in the Alexa App>Skills Disable the Sonos skill and then re-Enable and retest.
