Sonos One - Alexa stopped working

Alexa says "Sorry - I'm having trouble understanding right now - please try again later"

It's much later and no change - what do you do to get it working again???

Try removing the skill, and setting it back up.

How do you remove the skill?o
In the Alexa app, choose the menu in the upper left, choose Skills. Then find the Sonos skill and disable/enable it.

Have had the same issue 2 times in 4 days. The first time I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support now a few days later it’s back to ‘Sorry, I’m having trouble understanding right now, please try again later.” Shows offline for both speakers. All other wireless devices working fine, just not Alexa on Sonos Ones. Going to call again but if anybody has a quick solution I’d love to hear it.
