I set up my Sonos One speaker about a week ago, set up Alexa & linked Pandora, & everything was working fine. As of a couple of days ago, whenever I say, “Alexa”, she tells me she can’t understand me right now. My husband tried resetting the router thinking that might resolve the problem, but it didn’t. What do I need to do to resolve the problem so it will work again?
