hello, Sonos was connected to my iTunes library and worked fine, from one day to the next it stopped connecting with message 'cannot access track etc.'. I tried to reset the path to the music folder but error message 'iMac not responding', I looked online and saw it is a common problem. I tried 1) renaming mac - no difference 2) modifying the firewall options in System Pref to allow sharing with Sonos app - no difference. What is the next step to resolve?
