Sonos Move missing from app

I cannot get my s1 app to find my Sonos move any more.  None of the find the product fixes are working.   Thoughts?

Hi @dkjohnson01, thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community.

I would like to know the LED light the Move is showing. It should be Solid White when it’s using the Wifi.

If it’s Blue that means, it’s using Bluetooth; you can simply tap the mode switch at the back and it will blink white.

If it’s Red the Move is low on battery and went into power save mode; let it charge for 2 hours and then turn it on by lifting it from the charging base and placing it back or long-press the power button.

If it’s white, take a diagnostic in the Sonos app and reply with the confirmation. Settings > Help & Tips > Submit Diagnostic.
